A – We are unable to offer luggage storage and early check in and late check out are subject to availability on the day

A – Yes, every apartment offered by SML Vacation Homes Dubai features a private balcony with an outdoor setting.

Q – How much is the bond?
A – 2 Bedroom Apartments require a AED 1,500 bond

Q – When will my bond be returned?
A – Upon satisfactory inspection of the apartment, bonds are returned within 7 days of check-out.

Q – What is the clearance of the property’s underground car park?
A – The underground car park clearance is 2.1 metres

Q – How far is The Dubai Mall from the apartments?
A – Dubai Mall is a short 300 metres from the property

Q – Where’s the nearest 24 hour convenience store?
A – Spinneys, a 24-hour store, is just a short 100-metre stroll away at Emaar Residence, Downtown Dubai – Burj Residence Phase I & II.
